Your Body Is Yours - Wolfgang Tillmans

Your Body is Yours was published on the occasion of Wolfgang Tillmans’ exhibition at the National Museum of Art, Osaka, his first solo exhibition in a Japanese museum in eleven years. Housed in a presentation space designed by the artist himself, the exhibition includes new works shown in Japan for the first time, numerous photographic works from recent years, and a video installation entitled Books for Architects, consisting of two projections, which caused a sensation when it was shown at the Venice International Architecture Biennale exhibition last year. While remaining contemporary, Tillmans’ work presents us with the reality of the society in which we live.
