Random Pictures Book

Random Pictures Book is a collection of images taken compulsively by Spanish photographer Cristina Stölhe with her phone, translating into a book the idea of accumulation, excess and lack of technical skills which are characteristics of mobile digital photography.
 As if the book were an infinite scroll through our phone gallery, the 9-image-grid pages are absent of narrative and structure; harmonious sequences collide with random details and fleeting portraits, creating altogether a disorganized pattern of the photographer’s recurring fixations with her environment.
